    Privacy Policy

    This Privacy Policy explains how FlameAI collects, uses, and shares your information. FlameAI is a trading name used by Mikhail Grechka, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia under identification number 322771292, with registered address at Village Varkhani, 7th Street N7, Adigeni District, Georgia ("FlameAI," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies when you use the website flameai.studio and the FlameAI platform (the "Service").

    The Short Version

    • We collect what you give us (email, uploaded photos, prompts), what the Service generates (your videos, usage data), and basic technical data (IP address, device info).
    • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploads or generated videos to train AI models.
    • We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, payments, AI generation, analytics).
    • You can access, correct, or delete your data anytime by emailing support@flameai.studio.

    1. Information We Collect

    • Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash, never in plain text).
    • Content you upload: product photos, prompts, and other inputs you submit for generation.
    • Generated content: the videos and assets created from your requests, stored so you can re-download them.
    • Usage data: templates used, credits consumed, generation history, and similar product events.
    • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and approximate location derived from your IP.
    • Payment data: our payment provider, Dodo Payments (the Merchant of Record), shares limited transaction details with us (transaction ID, amount, subscription status, billing country, last four digits of your card). We never see or store your full card number.
    • Communications: messages you send to our support.

    2. How We Use Information

    • To operate the Service: create your account, generate your videos, deliver downloads, and manage your subscription and credits.
    • To process payments and prevent fraud, via Dodo Payments.
    • To keep the Service secure: detect abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, and block prohibited content.
    • To improve the product: analyze usage in aggregate to understand what works and fix what does not.
    • To communicate with you: transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices, low-balance warnings, generation status) and, if you opt in, product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.
    • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

    3. AI Processing of Your Uploads

    When you run a generation, your uploaded photo and the template prompt are sent to third-party AI providers to validate the image, enhance it, and generate the video. We contractually route your content only through providers under terms that do not permit them to use it for training their models. We do not use your uploads or your generated videos to train any AI model of our own or of anyone else.

    We use automated systems to screen for prohibited content (such as sexual content or content involving minors). If your content is flagged and you believe this was a mistake, contact us and a human will review it.

    4. Who We Share Information With

    We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform:

    • Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record): payment processing, invoicing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks.
    • Hosting and storage providers (e.g., Railway, Cloudflare): run our application and store your uploads and videos.
    • AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini and the video-generation models we integrate): process your uploads to produce your videos, under no-training terms.
    • Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog): help us understand product usage.
    • Email tools: deliver transactional and support emails.

    We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of FlameAI or others, or to a buyer or successor in connection with a sale, merger, or restructuring of our business (in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply).

    We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

    5. Cookies and Analytics

    We use cookies for essential functions (keeping you logged in, remembering settings) and analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.

    6. Data Retention

    • Account data: kept while your account is active; deleted within 30 days after account closure (backups cleared within 90 days).
    • Uploads and generated videos: kept until you delete them or your account is closed; backups cleared within 90 days.
    • Usage and technical logs: up to 12 months.
    • Billing records: as long as required by tax and accounting rules.

    7. Security

    We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect your account was compromised, contact support@flameai.studio immediately. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

    8. Your Choices and Rights

    You can access and update your account information in settings, delete your uploads and videos at any time, and close your account entirely. You can also email support@flameai.studio to request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data. We will verify your identity (usually by confirming your account email) and respond within 45 days.

    California residents: the rights above cover what the California Consumer Privacy Act provides, including the rights to know, delete, and correct. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by that law, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

    9. Children

    The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

    10. International Users

    We are based in Georgia (the country) and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information is processed in these locations.

    11. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-Service notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
